Why Is GPS Important?

MaidCentral uses your phone’s location when you clock in and clock out to confirm that you are at the client’s home.

Having your GPS and Location Services set correctly helps:

• Record your work time accurately
• Confirm that you are at the correct client location

Before Your First Job make sure your phone’s Location Services are ON and MaidCentral has permission to access your location.

Clocking In/Out Guide

Only clock in after you have arrived at the client’s location and and then clock out before leaving the client’s location.

Important

Do not clock in/out while you are still:

• Driving
• Far down the street
• At another location
• At your previous job

MaidCentral may flag a clock-in when the captured location is more than 600 feet from the client’s home
