Leaving Client Homes Early

If you are ready to finish earlier than the scheduled time by 10 or more minutes, follow these steps:

1. Complete Your Self QA

Walk through the entire home and review your work as if you were the client coming home.

🔍 Check for:

• Smudges or fingerprints
• Dust or debris
• Missed areas
• Floors that need another pass
• Anything that may have been overlooked and note on the Self QA List

Use your QA Card or Self QA Form as a guide during your final walkthrough.

2. Notify the Office Before Leaving

You MUST contact the office through Slack and receive approval before leaving early.

Do not leave the client’s home early without notifying the office first.

Leaving early without approval may result in coaching or corrective action. Repeated unreported early departures may also be considered an attendance concern.
