Mid-Day Check-In

A quick review of your schedule and progress during the workday. It helps you stay on track, take your required breaks and catch any issues early while the office can still help.
When Should I Do My Mid-Day Check-In?
Complete your Mid-Day Check-In after your first house or around the middle of your workday.
Am I On Schedule?
✅ Where am I right now in my schedule?
✅ Am I running on time, ahead or behind?
✅ What time will I start my last house?
✅ What time should I be finished for the day?
If you are falling behind or think you may need help, contact the office as soon as possible.
Do I Need to Take My Lunch Break?
If you are working more than 5 hours, remember to take your required 30-minute lunch break before the end of your 5th hour of work.
Check Your Solo Job Self QA
If you completed a solo cleaning, make sure you have completed your Self QA Form for each solo job.
Review Your Clock-Ins and Clock-Outs
✅ Did I clock in and out correctly?
✅ Do I have any late or missed clock-ins or clock-outs?
✅ Is there anything that needs a time adjustment?
If something needs to be corrected, submit a job clock change request in MaidCentral

Checking your day early gives us more time to support you.
If you wait until the end of the day to report that you are behind, missed a clock-in, or need help, it may be much harder for the office to find a solution.
