At BA House Cleaning, Cleaning Technicians can grow through different levels as they build their quality, reliability, independence and consistency.
Your progression is based on your performance—not simply how long you have been with the company.
Each level represents increased experience, independence, and responsibility.
| Rank | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Trainee | Complete training and receive Trainer Pass-Off, moves automatically to CT1 |
| CT1 | Eligible for CT2 review after demonstrating consistent performance: at least 10 solo non-C4R jobs, 97%+ scorecard, all required Self-QAs completed, no emergency call-outs, no valid complaints or active quality pattern, and positive Team Lead feedback. |
| CT2 | Eligible for CT3 review with continued 97%+ scorecard, all required Self-QAs completed, no emergency call-outs, no valid complaints or active coaching/PIP, reliable completion of assigned solo work, and positive Team Lead feedback. |
| CT3 | Eligible for Senior CT review after demonstrating sustained performance: 97%+ scorecard, strong reliability and attendance, no active quality or policy concerns, and no more than one valid complaint during the review period. |
| Senior CT | Eligible for leadership review when approved by the Operations Manager or GM. |
