Our Professional House Cleaners can earn approximately $800–$1,100+ per week, plus client tips and additional incentive opportunities. Earnings may vary depending on performance, experience, training progress, and work completed.
No professional cleaning experience is required. BA House Cleaning provides paid training on our cleaning systems, products, equipment, safety procedures, technology, teamwork, and quality standards.
What matters most is that you are dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position. Strictly no weekends.
Yes. You’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable personal transportation because you will travel between client homes throughout the East Bay.
Our team serves clients throughout the East Bay, including Oakland, Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, and surrounding areas.
No. BA House Cleaning provides the cleaning supplies and equipment you need to complete your work.
Yes. Professional house cleaning is active work. You should be comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting approximately 20–25 lbs throughout the workday.
