By now, you’ve built a strong foundation in your role. You’ve learned our cleaning standards, developed your routine, and gained more experience working independently.

Now it’s time to continue building confidence, consistency, efficiency, and great client relationships.

💰 Changes in Pay

After completing your first 90 days:

Your base commission becomes 38%.

You can also earn a higher weekly commission based on your allowed hours:

• 30+ allowed hours: 40%
• 35+ allowed hours: 42%

📅 Changes in Check-Ins

You no longer need your weekly 90-day check-in with HR.

Going forward, you will have a 10-minute check-in every 4 weeks with Anita.

Graduating from your first 90 days means you are expected to work with greater independence, consistency and accountability.

✓ Maintain High-Quality Cleaning Standards
Quality always comes first. Continue following BA House Cleaning standards and double-checking your work before leaving each home.

✓ Maintain 98–120% Efficiency
Continue improving your speed and time management while protecting the quality of your work. Remember—never sacrifice quality for speed.

✓ Maintain Your Scorecard: 95% or Higher
Your scorecard reflects your overall performance, including quality, productivity, attendance, communication and client experience.

✓ Maintain Reliable Attendance
Continue showing up consistently, arriving on time, planning ahead for scheduled time off and communicating emergencies with the office as soon as possible.

After completing your first 90 days, take time to review your current Cleaning Technician Level — CT1, CT2 or CT3.

Understanding your current level can help you know where you are now and what you need to work on to move to the next level.
