Be Ready for Every Client
Before heading to your jobs, make sure you have:

😊 A neat, professional and friendly appearance
Choose Your WOW
Pick ONE item from the WOW list—choose something you think your client will appreciate most.
Keep it quick, simple and thoughtful:
- Most WOWs take 1–3 minutes
- All WOWs should be under 5 minutes
Leave a WOW Card
After completing your WOW:
- Write a short note on the WOW Card describing what you did.
- Leave the card somewhere appropriate for the client to find.
- 📸 Take a photo of your WOW and upload it directly to that customer’s job for the day.
Uploading your photo helps us track WOW participation, recognize great work and review submissions for Cleaning Technician of the Quarter. 🏆
WOW doesn’t have to be perfect—it just needs to be thoughtful.
A small gesture can make a big difference in how a client feels about their experience with BAHC.
