First Solo Week: Speed, Efficiency, Quality
Welcome to Week 2! You have now officially moved up to Cleaning Technician 1.
This week is all about becoming more efficient, staying prepared and building confidence as you get closer to working independently. Important: Quality is always the priority!
Your Cleaning Technician Growth Path
After trainer pass-off, you automatically become a Cleaning Technician 1 (CT1). Your schedule starts lighter while you build strong solo-cleaning habits.

Important: Job count can vary based on the size of each home, travel time, service type, and your availability. We increase your schedule based on your demonstrated quality and consistency—not simply time with the company.
Your Self-QA Requirement
- CT1 and CT2: Self-QA is required after every applicable solo non-C4R job.
- CT3: Self-QA may be reduced only after Operations confirms consistent performance.
- Senior CT: Self-QA is not routine unless assigned by Operations.
- Any technician on a Performance improvement plan: Self-QA is required regardless of rank.
Missing required Self-QAs pauses consideration for more work and rank advancement.
