Welcome to Week 2! This week is all about becoming more efficient, staying prepared and building confidence as you get closer to working independently. Important: Quality is always the priority!

⏱️ Start Timing Yourself — Track your cleaning time and learn where you can improve your speed without compromising quality.

💯 Self QA checks –  All maintenance jobs you work on alone (excluding Cleaning for a reason jobs), require onsite self QA form done before you check out of that job.  Link to self QA Form HERE.

⚡ Build Efficiency — Work on increasing your pace while continuing to meet our quality standards.

🧹 Solo Training Prep — Prepare for independent cleaning and put your skills into practice during Days 8–10.

🧰 Get Your Supplies — Make sure you have the tools and supplies you need to succeed.

💰 Paycheck Training — Learn how your earnings are calculated and understand your pay.
