What Is a Care Focus Day?

Care Focus Days are used when the office chooses to give extra attention to a specific client.

This may include a small, thoughtful gesture chosen from the approved WOW list.

Care Focus Days are client-specific and coordinated by the office.

Your Role as a Cleaning Technician

If a client is part of a Care Focus Day, the office will notify you.

When instructed, please:

• choose ONE item from the WOW list

• keep it small (1–3 minutes)

• complete your normal cleaning first

• write what you did on a Care Focus card

• leave the card behind for the client

That’s it.

Important Reminders

✔ Use only items from the WOW list
✔ One item per Care Focus Day client
✔ Keep it simple and thoughtful
✔ Always leave the card behind
✔ Write one short line describing what you did

What Not to Do

Cleaning Technicians should not:

❌ select clients for Care Focus Days
❌ promise Care Focus gestures
❌ mention “Care Focus Day” to clients
❌ purchase items personally
❌ do more than one item

All decisions are handled by the office.

Relationship to WOW Days

Care Focus Days are separate from WOW Days.

• WOW Day → applies to all cleanings that day

• Care Focus Day → applies only to specific clients

If both happen on the same day, follow office instructions.
