WOW Days (Customer Experience)

What Are WOW Days?

WOW Days are a way for us to show extra care in a small, thoughtful way.

On WOW Days, we take 1–3 minutes to do one small WOW that the client doesn’t expect — and leave a short note behind.

It’s not about doing more work.
It’s about doing one small thing with intention.

How WOW Days Work

• There is one WOW Day each week

• WOW Day rotates

• WOW Day is announced at 7:00 AM on the day-of

• All cleanings that day receive one WOW

What To Do on WOW Day

1. Choose ONE item from the WOW list (your choice)

2. Keep it small — 1–3 minutes

3. Do not rush your regular cleaning

4. Write what you did on a WOW card

5. Leave the card behind for the client

About the WOW List

• You may choose any item from the list

• You do not need to do the same WOW for every client

• Use what makes sense in the home

• No extra supplies are needed

WOW Cards

• WOW leave-behind cards are available in the office

• Grab a few cards before WOW Day

• Write one short line about what you did

• Leave the card somewhere visible for the client

Important Reminders

WOW:

• should feel easy

• should not slow you down

• does not need to be perfect

• is only done on WOW Days

WOW is not:

• extra cleaning

• required every visit

• something to stress about

Optional Slack Engagement

After WOW Day, you may (optionally) comment in Slack with:

• how many clients you surprised

This is optional and just for fun.
