1. Vacuum Will Not Turn On
Possible Causes:

Plug not securely inserted

Circuit breaker tripped

Power switch not turned “ON”

Overheating (internal safety shut-off)

Damaged power cord (plug or base connection)
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting:

Check that the plug is securely inserted into a working outlet.

Try another outlet and inspect the circuit breaker.

Make sure the power switch is flipped to “ON.”

If the vacuum overheated, let it cool for 30–60 minutes. Do not plug in during this time.

If it still won’t turn on:

2. No Suction at End of Hose
Possible Causes:
-
Full paper bag
-
Paper bag is clogged
-
Hose is clogged
-
Front cover not latched
Solutions:
-
Replace the paper bag.
-
Check and replace if the bag appears clogged.
-
Remove hose and clean out any blockages.
-
Ensure the front cover is latched securely.
3. Reduced Suction
Possible Causes:
-
Full paper bag
-
Slip ring on wand is open
-
Hose is partially clogged
Solutions:
-
Replace the paper bag.
-
Rotate the slip ring on the wand until the hole is completely covered.
-
Check hose for partial blockages and clear them out.
4. Cleaner Shuts Off Mid-Use
Cause:
-
Internal thermal safety thermostat was triggered due to overheating
Solutions:
-
Unplug vacuum.
-
Check for blockages in the hose or attachments.
-
Let it cool down for 30–60 minutes.
-
Check for a full bag or dirty motor filter.
-
Clean or replace the motor filter if needed.
