1. Immaculate – Does someone even live here?!?

2. Exceptional – Tidy & cleaned almost daily.

3. Good – Home is relatively clean. Light surface dust.

4. Marginal – Light buildup, likely cleaned biweekly.

5. Average – Lived in, light soap scum, some dust.

6. Moderate – Pets/kids, moderate soap scum.

7. Fallen Behind – Bathrooms/kitchen need work.

8. Challenging – Heavy buildup on fans, cabinets, etc.

9. Extremely Challenging – Needs deep cleaning in ¾ of the home.

10. Maximum Challenge – Thick dust, entire home needs detailing.

11. Out of Scope – Biohazard, pests, hoarding – DO NOT CLEAN.
