Update and Post Tier 2 and Tier 3 Bonus Recognition Graphics

Schedule: Every Wednesday (Graphics) and Thursday morning (Announcement)

Step 1: Check Accounting’s Update

Every Wednesday, Accounting or Anita will send and update for the names of Cleaning Technicians who qualified for Tier 2 and Tier 3 bonuses.

Step 2: Update the Canva Graphic

Open the Bonus Recognition Canva Templates.

Choose the correct template:

• Template 3 – With Tier 3: Use when a cleaning technician qualifies for Tier 3.
• Template 2 – No Tier 3: Use when technicians qualify for Tier 2 only.

Update the graphic with the qualifying technicians’ names. Double-check spelling and make sure each technician is listed under the correct tier.

Important: Do not include bonus amounts or percentages.

Step 3: Send the Message

• Send the message in the #general slack channel in both English and Spanish by Thursday afternoon.
