I am late for your next house?

Always check your progress 30 minutes before the START of your next job, if you think you won’t make it on time immediately do the following:

1. Check your time and determine how long it might take you to finish, or to arrive at the next home.
2. Contact the Office to let them know you are running late, say something like:
   1. I am at Sarah Jone’s house and wanted to let you know that I might be a little late for next cleaning, I think I will be there by 00:00, just want to make sure that’s ok with client, pls let me know”
3. If the customer is not ok with that, office will let you know and give instructions

Don’t panic! focus on doing quality work, not rushing. Let the office worry about the schedule and communicate or adjust the schedule properly
