What is a Weekly Check-In

A Weekly Check-In is a short weekly opportunity to connect with HR, share how things are going, ask questions and get the support you need.

For new employees, Weekly Check-Ins are completed every week during your first 90 days as part of your training and onboarding journey. These check-ins will continue until you graduate from your 90-day probation period.

📅 Check Your Calendar

Every week you will see a blocked time on your calendar for your Weekly Check-In Reminder.

When you see the calendar reminder:

📝 Complete your Weekly Check-In Form.

Select an available time that works for you on the HR calendar.

The form takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. After submitting the form, you will be prompted to select an available time on the HR calendar.

📌 No office visit is required. Simply complete the form online and join your scheduled Google Meet appointment.

💬 What Can You Talk About?

Your Weekly Check-In is a great time to:

  • Ask questions
  • Share concerns or challenges
  • Talk about your training and progress
  • Request additional support
  • Share wins or accomplishments
  • Provide feedback
  • Let HR know if you need help with anything

The Weekly Check-In is a required part of your job responsibilities during your first 90 days. You are expected to complete it every week until you graduate from your 90-day probation period.
