Welcome to Week 2 – Your First Solo Week!

Congratulations โ€” youโ€™ve completed your one-on-one training with your Trainer and are now entering the CT1 stage of your journey! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿฆ

CT1 is all about practice, exposure and building confidence. Youโ€™ve learned the foundation with your Trainer โ€” now youโ€™ll have opportunities to put those skills into practice in different homes and cleaning situations.

This week, you may:

  • ๐Ÿ  Complete some solo Cleaning for a Reason homes
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Work on larger jobs with different Team Leads
  • ๐Ÿงน Experience different types of homes and cleaning needs
  • ๐Ÿ’ช Practice the skills, steps and techniques you learned with your Trainer

Every Team Lead may have a different tip, technique or way of becoming more efficient. Pay attention, ask questions and learn from each person you work with. The goal is for you to keep adding to what you learned during your one-on-one training.

Most importantly, QUALITY comes first. You are still learning, so take your time and focus on doing things correctly before worrying about doing them faster.

๐Ÿš€ This Weekโ€™s Focus

๐Ÿ“‹ Read Your Work Order โ€” Every Job
Before you begin, read the entire Work Order. Pay attention to client instructions, priorities, special requests, areas to skip, pets and anything else you need to know.

Every home is different โ€” never assume!

๐Ÿงน Follow the Instructions
Use what you learned during training while following the Work Order and BAHC procedures. If something isn’t clear, ask your Team Lead or contact Office Support.

โญ QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY!
This is your time to practice and build strong habits.

Your QA Cards are a helpful reference while you’re cleaning. Keep them available and use them whenever you need a reminder of the steps or what should be completed in an area.

Speed will come with experience. Never sacrifice quality just to finish faster.

โœ… Self-QA = Your FINAL Check Before Leaving
When you complete a solo job, your cleaning isn’t finished until you’ve done your final Self-QA.*

Once everything is cleaned, stop and walk through the home with fresh eyes. Complete your Self-QA Form and carefully inspect your finished work.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Did you miss anything?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Is there anything that doesn’t look right?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Would you be happy if this were your home?

If you find something, fix it BEFORE you leave.

Your Self-QA is there to help you protect your Scorecard, catch your own mistakes and prevent callbacks or recleans.

*Self-QA Forms are not required for Cleaning for a Reason jobs.

โฑ๏ธ Start Learning Your Timing
Begin paying attention to how long different areas and tasks take you. Learning your timing will eventually help you become more efficient, but quality comes first at CT1.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Paycheck Training
This week you’ll also learn how your earnings are calculated and how to understand your pay.

๐ŸŒŸ Your CT1 Solo Routine

Read the Work Order โ†’ Follow Instructions โ†’ Clean & Reference QA Cards as Needed โ†’ Finish the Clean โ†’ Complete Self-QA โ†’ Fix Anything You Find โ†’ THEN Leave โœ…

๐Ÿ’™ Remember: CT1 Is About Learning

You aren’t expected to know everything yet.

Learn from every Team Lead. Learn from every home. Ask questions. Practice what your Trainer taught you. And focus on QUALITY.

The more homes and cleaning situations you experience, the stronger and more confident you’ll become. This is where you start turning your training into real experience! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฆ
