Youβve made it to Week 4! ππ¦
Over the past few weeks, youβve been learning, practicing and gaining experience as a Cleaning Technician 1 (CT1).
This week, weβre going to help you better understand how to grow within BAHC, become more independent and start working toward your next level β Cleaning Technician 2 (CT2)! π
π This Week Youβll Learn About:
π§Ή Your Path from CT1 β CT2 β What weβre looking for and what you can focus on now to prepare for your next level.
π° Understanding Your Paycheck β Learn how your earnings are calculated and what to look for when reviewing your pay.
π¬ Using Slack for Communication β Learn how we communicate as a team and how to make sure you don’t miss important information.
π΅ How to Earn Bonuses β Learn about opportunities to earn additional money and what you can do to qualify.
β Staying Consistent With Self-QA β Continue building the habit of checking your finished work and completing your required Self-QAs.
π Your Growth Path
You already know what CT1 means. Now we want you to start looking forward.
π― You Are Here: CT1. Your Next Goal Is CT2!
Moving up at BAHC isn’t simply about how long you’ve worked here.
As you gain experience, we’re looking for you to demonstrate greater quality, consistency, reliability and independence.
What Are We Looking for Before Your CT2 Review?
To become eligible for a CT2 review, we’re looking for:
π At least 10 solo non-C4R jobs
β 97%+ Scorecard
β All required Self-QAs completed
π No emergency call-outs
π No valid complaints or active quality pattern
π₯ Positive Team Lead feedback
These aren’t just boxes to check. Together, they help demonstrate that you’re becoming a consistent, reliable and increasingly independent Cleaning Technician.
β Your Self-QAs Matter!
One of the most important habits you can build right now is completing your required Self-QAs.
After an applicable solo job:
Finish Cleaning β Stop & Look β Complete Self-QA β Fix Anything You Find β THEN Leave β
Missing required Self-QAs can pause consideration for additional work and advancement, so make Self-QA part of your routine now.
π Where Can You Go From Here?
| Level | What Makes You Eligible for the Next Review |
|---|---|
| Trainee | Trainer pass-off; CT1 is automatic |
| CT1 β CT2 | At least 10 solo non-C4R jobs, 97%+ Scorecard, all required Self-QAs, no emergency call-outs, no valid complaints or active quality pattern, and positive Team Lead feedback |
| CT2 β CT3 | Continued 97%+ Scorecard, all required Self-QAs, no emergency call-outs, no valid complaints or active coaching/PIP, reliable completion of assigned solo work, positive Team Lead feedback, and minimum 90 days with BAHC |
| CT3 β Senior CT | 97%+ Scorecard, strong reliability and attendance, no active quality or policy concerns, no more than one valid complaint during the review period, and minimum 90 days with BAHC |
| Senior CT β Leadership | Eligible for leadership review when approved by the Operations Manager or GM |
π‘ Remember: Meeting the criteria makes you eligible for review. Advancement is based on demonstrated, consistent performance.
π Your Week 4 Goal
Don’t worry about reaching CT3 or Senior CT yet.
Your next goal is simple: CT1 β‘οΈ CT2
Focus on the things you can control:
Do quality work.
Read your Work Orders.
Follow instructions.
Complete your Self-QAs.
Be reliable and on time.
Communicate.
Learn from your Team Leads.
Keep improving.
Every job is another opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve learned and build the consistency needed for your next level.
π¦ Let’s Make Week 4 Count!
Keep an eye out for your daily training notifications this week. Each one will teach you something that can help you become a stronger, more successful BAHC Cleaning Technician.
