At BA House Cleaning, we offer different types of cleaning depending on the condition of the home, the client’s needs and the type of property.

🏠 Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning

Our Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning is our most thorough and detailed cleaning.

It is designed for homes that:

• Have not been regularly maintained in the last 4 months
• Need more detailed scrubbing
• Need to be brought back to a clean, manageable condition

A one-time or occasional Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning is also great for preparing a home for special occasions, such as:

🏡 When company is coming over

🎄 Getting ready for the holidays

❤️ When a family member is coming home from the hospital

🌷 Seasonal cleaning, such as spring or fall cleaning

🧹 General Cleaning – One-Time Furnished

This cleaning is for furnished homes that are not on a recurring schedule.

The home may have:

• Recently been cleaned
• Or the customer may not want to pay for a Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning

This is primarily a surface cleaning.

Important:

• All areas are dusted.
• No washing is included, except bathrooms which are always washed.
• Inside windows are dusted/vacuumed.
• Baseboards are dusted/vacuumed.

 

📦 Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Move Cleaning is for empty homes and apartments.

It may be used when a customer is:

• Moving into a home
• Moving out of a home

Recommended Extras:

• Inside oven
• Inside refrigerator
• Inside cabinets
• Baseboards
• Interior windows
• Ceiling fans

 

🏖️ Vacation Rental Cleaning

Vacation rentals are essentially mini hotels.

The goal is for the next guest to feel like no one has ever stayed there before.

🧺 If Laundry Is Included

Always start with the laundry before anything else because it takes time.

Before washing:

1. Inspect sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and towels for stains.
2. Treat any stains.
3. Hand-wash stains before putting items into the washing machine.

Washer

Express Wash → Cool Wash → Medium Spin

⏱️ Approximately 30 minutes per load

Dryer

Timed Dry → Medium Heat

⏱️ Approximately 60 minutes per load

Expect approximately 2 loads:

• Load 1: Bedsheets & duvet covers
• Load 2: Towels

Before Leaving:

• Empty the dryer’s lint filter between each load.
• Place a clean set of towels on the bathroom towel rack.
• Fold clean sheets and towels and put them away.
• Make sure there is 1 extra set of sheets and towels in the closet for guests.

 

🏢 Office Cleaning

Office Cleaning can be customized to meet the client’s needs.

Services may include:

🚽 Clean and sanitize all bathrooms  🧻 Restock bathrooms 🍽️ Clean and sanitize kitchens and break rooms🧴 Disinfect high-touch surfaces with an EPA-approved disinfectant

⭐Priority Cleaning

A Priority Cleaning is a focused, time-limited cleaning. The goal is to complete the client’s approved priority areas first, not necessarily the entire home.

Before starting, review the job notes in MaidCentral and make sure you understand which areas are the highest priority. Work carefully, follow BAHC quality standards and stay within the approved cleaning time.

Remember: Priority Cleaning is not the same as a full-home clean, deep clean, or Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning.

Each type of cleaning has different expectations and requirements. Always check the job details and follow the appropriate cleaning checklist for the service you are performing.
