At BA House Cleaning, we offer different types of cleaning depending on the condition of the home, the client’s needs and the type of property.

| Type of Cleaning | Best For |

| Top-to-Bottom Deluxe | Homes needing the most detailed and thorough cleaning. Houses that have not been regularly maintained in the last 4 months. Best for heavy buildup, detailed scrubbing, seasonal cleaning, holidays, guests or special occasions. Designed to bring the home back to a clean and manageable condition |
| Maintenance Cleaning | Recurring clients who want their home cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. This cleaning follows a regular maintenance checklist so cleaning technicians should always review the work order for any client-specific instructions or requests |
| General Initial Cleaning | Furnished homes needing a general surface cleaning and does not need a recurring service. This is for clients who choose not to go with Top to Bottom Cleanings |
| One-Time Cleaning | Clients needing a single cleaning without a recurring service |
| Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning | Empty homes or apartments before moving in or after moving out |
| Vacation Rental Cleaning | Airbnb and other vacation rental properties. Our goal is for the next guest to feel like no one has ever stayed there before. This cleaning may include additional services like laundry so always make sure to read the work order before starting the job |
| Office Cleaning | Offices and commercial spaces cleaning that can be customized to meet the client’s needs. May include bathrooms, break rooms, kitchens, high-touch surfaces, trash removal, dusting, conference rooms, vacuuming, and mopping. Always follow the work order |
| Priority Cleaning | Time-limited cleanings focused on the client’s approved priority areas. Focus on the client’s approved priority areas first. Review work order before starting. Stay within the approved time. This is not a full-home or deep cleaning. |
| C4R Cleaning | Cleaning for a Reason clients receiving cleaning support while undergoing cancer treatment. Clients provide a priority area that you need to focus on during the cleaning. Remember to be always respectful, professional and considerate of the client’s situation during your cleaning |
