Trainer Pay Plan
Why are we changing the way you get paid?
- We want to make sure you get paid what you deserve. You’re a great trainer – let’s get you paid accordingly!
- We are going to give you resources and support to be an even more effective trainer so that the quality of your training really pays off (for your trainee AND for you).
- With this new structure, you’ll help us build a stronger work community and that’s a benefit to everyone who works here.
Pay Schedule
Week 1 – (5 days of training). You’ll make up to $50 at the end of week 1
Week 2 – Ready to make another $100?! Your trainees will receive a survey at the end of their first solo week and give us feedback on their training, orientation, and first week of work.
If the score is 80%, you get $80; score 90%, you get $90; etc.
Week 3 – When your trainee makes it through their 2nd week of solo work you get another $50 bonus on your paycheck
