Trainer Pay Plan
We want to make sure you get paid what you deserve. You’re a great trainer – let’s get you paid accordingly!
Week 1 – (5 days of training). You’ll make up to $50 at the end of week 1
Week 2 – Ready to make another $100?! Your trainees will receive a survey at the end of their first solo week and give us feedback on their training, orientation, and first week of work.
If the score is 80%, you get $80; score 90%, you get $90; etc.
Week 3 – When your trainee makes it through their 2nd week of solo work you get another $50 bonus on your paycheck
After 90 Days – When your trainee has successfully completed their first 90 days with 95%+ scorecard and NO valid client complaints in the past 90 days you get your $200 bonus
