Laundry instructions

Please ensure proper separation of the various cleaning materials: blue microfiber, green microfiber, mirror rags, mop pads, and yellow rags. Adhere to the following guidelines for washing these items:

1. General Washing Instructions:

   • Never use fabric softeners.
   • After the wash cycle is completed, do not allow them to sit for more than 30 minutes to prevent the development of mildew odors. If left wet longer than 30 minutes, please rewash to eliminate any mildew smell.

2. Green/Yellow/Red Microfiber:

   • Fill the washer with the microfiber rags.
   • Select the “towels/heavy load” setting.
   • Adjust the water temperature to hot.
   • Add 1 and 1/2 cups of liquid soap.
   • Close the washer lid.
   • For drying, use the regular setting or, if available, set it to 40 minutes. This will effectively dry them.

3. Mirror Rags:

   • Load the washer with the mirror rags.
   • Opt for the “towels/heavy load” setting.
   • Adjust the water temperature to warm.
   • Add 1 cup of liquid soap.
   • Close the washer lid.
   • To dry, use either the regular setting or, if available, set it to 40 minutes. This will effectively dry them.

4. Gray Rags:

   • Wash gray rags separately from all others
   • Load the washer with the yellow rags.
   • Select the “towels/heavy load” setting.
   • Set the water temperature to hot.
   • Add 1 cup of liquid soap and 1 cup of simple green cleaner.
   • Close the washer lid.
   • For drying, utilize the regular setting or, if applicable, set it to 40 minutes. This will ensure thorough drying.

5. Mop Pads:

   • Wash the mop pads separately.
   • Follow the same washing instructions as for microfiber rags: “towels/heavy load” setting, cold water, liquid soap.
   • Use the regular setting or, if available, set it to 40 minutes for drying.
