Clocking In & Clocking Out

Accurately clocking in and out, taking your required lunch break helps us accurately track your work time. It also helps make sure your hours and payroll are recorded correctly.

Clock In for the Day

As soon as you arrive at the client’s home.

📍 Arrive at the job → Clock in for the day

This records the start of your workday.

2. Clock In for the Job

When: When you are ready to begin cleaning.

🧽 Start cleaning → Clock in for the job

Do not clock in for the job before you are actually ready to start cleaning.

3. Clock Out for the Job

When you have finished cleaning the home and are ready to leave.

🏠 Finish cleaning → Clock out of the job

Make sure you are actually finished with the cleaning before clocking out. Take a moment to complete your final quality check before leaving.

4. Clock Out for the Day

When you are finished working for the day.

🕐 Finished for the day → Clock out for the day

Always make sure you clock out properly so your total work time is recorded accurately.

5. Lunch Break

If you work 5 or more hours, you need to take your lunch break.

🍽️ After your first house → Clock out for lunch

Make sure you properly clock out for your lunch break and clock back in when your lunch is finished.

⭐ Remember

Arrive → Clock in for the day
Start cleaning → Clock in for the job
Finish cleaning → Clock out of the job
5+ hours → Take lunch and clock out for lunch
Finished for the day → Clock out for the day

💙 Accurate timekeeping + GPS = accurate records and accurate pay!
