As you continue through your first 90 days, we want to help you build strong habits, consistently deliver the quality our clients expect and continue progressing through your Cleaning Technician levels.

One of the most important habits you can build is learning to check your own work before you leave.

✅ Self-QA = Your FINAL Check

Once you have finished cleaning the home, take a few extra minutes to stop, walk through your work with fresh eyes and complete your Self-QA Form.

Look carefully for anything you may have missed.

If you find something — fix it BEFORE you leave.

Self-QA gives you the opportunity to catch something yourself before the client does.

💡 Remember: Your QA Cards are helpful references while you clean. Your Self-QA is your final quality check after the cleaning is finished.

⭐ Protect Your Scorecard — Catching and correcting missed items before you leave helps protect your quality score.

👀 Catch Missed Areas — A final walkthrough helps you notice details that are easy to miss while you’re actively cleaning.

📋 Meet BAHC Quality Standards — Your final check helps make sure the home is truly finished and ready for the client.

💪 Build Independence & Accountability — Being able to inspect your own work and correct mistakes is an important skill as you become a stronger Cleaning Technician.

CT1 is your time to practice, build consistency and show that you can take ownership of your work.

Completing your required Self-QAs is an important part of demonstrating that you’re ready to move toward CT2.

Moving to CT2 means you are progressing beyond the beginning training stage and showing greater independence and consistency in your work.

As a CT2, you’ll have the opportunity to:

⭐ Take on more independent work
🏠 Gain experience with more client homes and job types
📈 Continue building your Scorecard and working toward higher technician levels
💰 Progress toward additional earning opportunities as you advance
🦁 Build your reputation as a reliable BAHC Cleaning Technician

The habits you build at CT1 are what prepare you for CT2 and beyond.

A Self-QA Form should be completed after every required solo job before leaving the home. Cleaning for a Reason jobs are excluded.
