Update Time Off & Sick Balances

Occasionally PTO and sick balances in Maid Central will not match to those in Gusto for cleaning technicians.  This mainly happens when staff requests time off under a wrong category and it does not get applied correctly.  This needs to be fixed on a weekly basis prior to payroll preparation.
