Review and Update Hourly Minimum Wages for New Hires in MC

 Use this guide  to review and update the minimum hourly wage for employees based on the city where each cleaning job is performed. If a job is located in one of the cities below, update the employee’s hourly wage to meet the local minimum wage requirement.

IMPORTANT: This task must be completed every day during the NEW HIRE’s training week.

• Review each scheduled job for the New Hire
• Check the city where each cleaning appointment is located
• If the city is listed below, update the employee’s hourly wage in Maid Central to the applicable local minimum wage.
• If the city is not listed, keep the employee’s standard hourly wage at $17.90/hour
