Office Culture

Besides following the core values we have a few office culture rules

• Participate in chats on slack and Missive because we are a team!
• In our office we use emojis 🙂 
• We complement each other
• When we are done with our duties we ask others if they need help
• We participate in weekly meetings 
  • We expect you to bring issues
  • We expect you to bring solutions
  • Expect you will be called out as we all hold each other accountable and own our roles
• Do I GWC (Get it, Want it, and Capacity) my seat?
  • DO I get it, want it and have the capacity to do it?
  • If I don’t know I will find the answer using the tools or I will ask using my team
  • I don’t wait for the answer to come to me I find it!!
  • I expect to be held accountable to my scorecard numbers and goals
• Everyone follows the core values 100% of the time with no exceptions!
• Everyone wants to grow and asks for ways to do so
• Be calm and work through it
• Be proactive NOT reactive
