Charging a Lockout fee

When we can’t gain access to a home, we charge a lockout fee.  See steps below.

We were locked out but there are not active time sheets:

Step 1: Charge the lockout fee

Step 2: Notify accounting to pay cleaning technician(s) trip charge.  (Format for Ticket in MC under client account: Date-CT name-Client name-Trip pay)

Step 3: Move ticket to Accounting

When a job has active time sheets, follow below steps to process the lockout fee and adjust trip charges payable to CT’s.

Step 1.  Modifying rates to zero out and add a lockout fee.

Step 2: Adjust payout to Cleaning Technicians that showed up for the job, by paying them a flat trip charge.
