🛒 Where to Purchase

Gift cards can be purchased in two ways:

• By the customer directly via our website:

• By internal staff over the phone using the same link.

📊 Tracking Gift Card Purchases

All gift card sales are automatically logged in the following Google Sheet:

This ensures all purchases are tracked and accounted for.

⚠️ Important Steps for Processing

1. Change Customer’s Pay Method
   In MaidCentral, update the Pay Method to “Other”.
2. If a Discount Code Was Used
   Slack @accounting in the #accounting channel.
   Let them know the gift card was purchased with a discount code, so they can manually adjust the credit amount in QuickBooks.
3. Create the Invoice in MaidCentral
4. Do not charge the credit card yet.

• Wait until Accounting applies the gift card credit to the invoice.
• Only proceed with charging once the balance reflects the correct amount.
