Facebook Group Core Process

Approving Members

Must be done 2x per day,AM and PM, no more than 50 members approved per approval to avoid being flagged by Facebook.

Member Approval criteria

• Must have answered all three questions
• Live within Bay Area (Bay Area map) 
• Agree to group rules
• Busco or ofrezco 
• If “ofresco”
  • make sure that they don’t have pending posts that are scammy or inappropriate 
  • check their Facebook profile to ensure its not a scratchy, scammy or inactive looking profile 

Approving posts 

• Job offers and looking for work only (no service providers, like businesses)
• Job must include: 
  • city 
  • pay rate
  • Local area code(510/415/925/408). 
  • If not, decline.
    If spam or inappropriate advertisements, remove all posts from poster and block them from group.
