Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid any misunderstanding, all service cancellations must be made using this form.

Late Cancellation Fee
Please note that if you cancel or reschedule any service less than 48 hours (excluding weekends) before your originally scheduled date, we will charge a $100 late cancellation fee to help compensate the cleaning technicians for the loss of income.
