BA House Cleaning wasn’t born out of a business plan — it grew from the heart. I came to the U.S. at age 12, after the Balkan wars uprooted my family’s life. As an immigrant and now a trilingual woman (fluent in English, Spanish, and Bosnian), I’ve always believed in hard work, adaptability, and taking care of the people around me.
While working in accounting and HR for a software agency, I often referred my mom and aunt to clean for my coworkers. They were quickly booked solid. After having my first daughter, I stepped back from corporate life to spend time at home with her. I took on a few cleaning jobs of my own to stay busy — and soon realized I had unintentionally built a small business.
