Where to Store Files in the BAHC Office Drive
Overview
To keep our systems organized and ensure that important company documents remain accessible to the entire team, all BA House Cleaning files should be stored within the BAHC Office folder in Google Drive.
As our team has grown, we’ve organized the drive into clear department folders so it’s easy to find information and maintain our systems.
Please take a moment to watch the short walkthrough video below.
Drive Structure Walkthrough
Main Folder: BAHC Office
The BAHC Office folder is where all company documents should live.
Inside this folder you will see the main department folders, such as:
-
Operations
-
Client Experience
-
Marketing
-
People
-
Finance
-
Administrative
-
SOPs
-
Special Programs
-
USERS
Finalized documents should always be stored in the appropriate department folder.
The USERS Folder
Inside the USERS folder, you will find a workspace for each team member.
Example:
Active
Anita
Operations Coordinator
Administrative Assistant VA
Client Care & Sales Consultant
People Operations & Recruiting VA
Bookkeeper
Marketing Contractors
This folder is intended for:
-
Draft documents
-
Temporary working files
-
Personal working spreadsheets or notes
Once a document is finalized or becomes part of a process, it should be moved into the appropriate department folder so the whole team can access it.
Important Guidelines
1. Store all company files in the BAHC Office drive
Please do not create or store BA House Cleaning work documents in personal Google Drives or personal folders.
This ensures company information remains accessible to the team.
2. Use your USERS folder for drafts
You can freely work in your personal workspace folder under USERS → Active.
Once finalized, move documents to the appropriate department folder.
3. Department folders hold finalized documents
Department folders (Operations, Marketing, People, etc.) are where finalized company materials should live.
This allows the team to easily locate documents and maintain consistency.
