Updating the Service Rate in MaidCentral

1. Locate the customer in Maid Central

2. Click on specific service address

3. Click “Rate Log”

4. Click “Update Base Fee”

5. Update the new base fee

6. Update the allowed hours per each job

7. Type “.”

8. Select the frequency service type

9. Update the effective date when this new base fee takes effect

10. Click “Create Rate Log”
