Qualifying a Customer – Services we don’t offer

To ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, the following tasks and situations are not included in our standard cleaning services at BA House Cleaning:

❌ Services We Do Not Offer (Standard Cleanings)

• Post-construction or remodel cleanup
• Party or event cleanup
• Team cleaning after first visit for homes under 2,500 sq ft
• Custom/partial cleanings (e.g., “just the kitchen”)
• RVs, trailers, or anything on wheels
• Wall washing or wiping down painted walls
• Any task requiring more than a 2-step ladder
• Hand-washing dishes (see below for dishwasher loading)
• Cleaning bodily fluids, blood, urine, or feces (not certified for biohazards)
• Homes with insect infestations (cleaners will leave and cancellation fee applies)
• Chandelier cleaning
• Paint removal
• Moving or lifting items over 20 lbs
• Emptying diaper pails
• Watering or maintaining plants
• Homes outside our service area
• Organizing or decluttering
• Laundry or folding clothes (except towels/linens at vacation rentals/Airbnbs)
• Cleaning pet waste or litter boxes
• Retrieving mail, packages, or deliveries

🧺 What About Trash, Clutter, or Dishes?

Our standard cleanings do not include:

• Picking up clothes or toys
• Picking up trash around the home
• Loading dishwashers
• Hand-washing any dishes

However, if you need help getting your home ready before cleaning, we now offer a Prep / Tidy-Up Add-On for recurring clients. This optional service includes:

• Picking up toys, clothes, and trash
• Gathering dirty dishes and loading them into the dishwasher
• Light surface straightening (pillows, throws, etc.)
• It is offered in 30- or 60-minute increments and must be scheduled in advance.

  ❌ Still does not include hand-washing dishes or deep organizing.
