Process Steps

  1. Verify the Loyalty Gift

    • Locate the referring customer’s profile in MaidCentral.

    • Confirm the loyalty reward has been triggered (typically at the 6-month recurring service mark).

    • If the client qualifies and the gift form was submitted, proceed even if the record is missing.

  2. Retrieve Recipient Details

    • Open the loyalty gift form submission.

    • Record the recipient’s:

      • Full name,

      • Email,

      • Cell phone number,

      • Contact source (note: “Loyalty Gift Referral”).

    • Create a lead in MaidCentral with this information.

  3. Gift Card Email

    • System automatically emails the recipient a $150 gift card, valid 30 days from the date of receipt, redeemable for a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning.

  4. Contact the Recipient

    • Proactively reach out by phone or text:

      • Introduce the company and mention the loyalty gift from their friend/family.

      • Emphasize the 30-day expiration.

      • Offer to provide a quote and help them schedule service.

  5. Prepare & Send the Quote

    • Treat the recipient like any other new lead.

    • Prepare a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning quote and apply coupon code “150 loyalty” to credit $150.

    • Send the quote and ensure the acceptance or a record of the sent quote is on file.

  6. Book the Service

    • Schedule the Top-to-Bottom Deluxe cleaning.

    • Encourage recurring service if appropriate, but it is not required to redeem the gift.

Key Notes & Tips

  • Expiration: The gift card expires 30 days from the send date—highlight this urgency.

  • Warm Lead: These are referral leads and typically easier to close.

  • One-Time Service Allowed: The gift can be redeemed as a one-time cleaning; recurring service is encouraged but optional.
