⚠️ NOT A PROMOTED SERVICE

1️⃣ PURPOSE (INTERNAL USE ONLY)

Priority / Block-of-Time (BOT) Cleanings exist to:

  • Handle partial-area requests that do not fit:

    • Room exclusions

    • Bathroom exclusions

    • Essentials package

  • Fill schedule gaps caused by:

    • Last-minute cancellations

    • Limited technician availability

    • Inability to support a Top-To-Bottom (TTB) cleaning that day

This service protects the value of TTB Cleanings and is never positioned as a replacement.

2️⃣ WHEN THIS SERVICE MAY BE OFFERED

✅ Allowed ONLY When:

  • Client explicitly requests limited areas, such as:

    • “Only the kitchen and bathroom”

    • “Just two bathrooms”

  • The request cannot be fairly priced using standard room exclusions

  • The job is hard to quote (example: 7,000+ sqft homes)

  • Management or Scheduling approves it as a schedule filler

❌ NOT Allowed:

  • Do not suggest proactively

  • Do not advertise publicly

  • Do not position as a discount alternative

  • Do not combine with other offers

⚠️ If a client only wants to exclude 1–2 bedrooms, use standard room exclusions instead.

3️⃣ WHAT THIS SERVICE IS (AND IS NOT)

✔️ It IS:

  • Time-based

  • Partial-home only

  • Maintenance-level cleaning

  • Highly controlled and approval-based

❌ It is NOT:

  • A deep cleaning

  • A Top-To-Bottom replacement

  • Flexible once booked (especially discounted slots)

Clients must list only specific rooms, one room per line.

  • Kitchen

  • Hall bathroom

  • Primary bathroom

❌ Not Allowed

  • Bathrooms (3)

  • All floors

  • Whole house

No additional areas are implied.

Use Case

  • Partial home cleanings

  • Hard-to-quote jobs

  • Very large homes (7,000+ sqft)

  1. Send standard quote using Priority Cleaning / Block-of-Time scope 

  2. Adjust pricing only if an approved last-minute discount applies

  3. Adjust as per this screenshot (highlighted areas are areas very important)
