New Cleaning Technician Follow-Up Check-Ins (First 90 Days)
Purpose
This SOP outlines the onboarding check-in process for all newly hired Cleaning Technicians during their first 90 days at BA House Cleaning. These structured follow-ups ensure new team members are supported, expectations are reinforced, and performance is monitored during their schedule ramp-up.
Automation Note
All check-in tasks are pre-scheduled in Gusto. The Operations Manager (OM) receives automatic task notifications for each new Cleaning Technician. This SOP provides a reference for when each check-in occurs, what to cover, and how it fits into quality monitoring and retention efforts.
