Included in Move In/Move Out Cleanings:

• Rugs, carpets, and carpet edges thoroughly vacuumed. 
• Tile and hard-surface floors vacuumed and thoroughly mopped. 
• Kitchen counters and sink cleaned.
• Top of refrigerator cleaned.
• Exterior Refrigerator cleaned.
• Outside of all kitchen appliances thoroughly wiped.
• Stove top scrubbed to remove extra build-up.
• Microwave cleaned inside and out.
• Kitchen cabinet doors and fronts wiped
• Showers and tubs scrubbed to remove extra build-up.
• Bathroom sinks, counters, and toilets cleaned and wiped.
• Bathroom cabinet doors and fronts wiped.
• Bathroom mirrors polished.
• Blinds and window sills dusted only. 
• Closets vacuumed.
• Closet shelves cleaned and wiped.
• Cobwebs removed. 

Following are HIGHLY recommended for all MIMO cleans:

• Baseboards wet-wiped. 
• Inside Refrigerator cleaned.
• Inside Oven (wiped down inside after a self cleaning. )
• Kitchen cabinets cleaned and wiped inside. (must be completely empty)
• Bathroom cabinets cleaned and wiped inside.
• Blinds deep cleaned (wet wiped) – ONLY Plastic or wooden blinds.  We do not clean Vinyl blinds!
• Inside windows and window sills cleaned
• Sliding Doors
• Patio (sweep + cobwebs removed)
• Front Porch (sweep + cobwebs removed)
• Ceiling fans cleaned.

NOTE: These aren’t automatically included in MIMO cleans because sometimes appliances aren’t there to clean or baseboards were painted, etc.

Sometimes a lead may ask: I thought those are included in all move out cleanings.
Answer: We don’t automatically add them into your price, we only recommend them. Some people buy new appliances or just painted their baseboards and appreciate that choice.
