Throughout your shift, check messages in Dialpad. Below are steps to located incoming messages in Dialpad. PS. These messages should always be moved on over to MaidCentral by entering the lead manually, and letting them know that you will message them from our other sales number.

Accessing Dialpad Messages

1. Open Dialpad

2. Navigate to Departments > click on MAIN

3. Click on Messages
