How To Submit a Ticket to Maid Central

1. Select the chat icon located in the bottom-left corner.

2. Select “Ticket” in the chat.

3. Click on the Ticket Submission Form.

4. Fill out the form and select Next.

5. Select a topic and describe your issue. You can also upload a file and select how urgent the issue is. Then, agree to allow MaidCentral to store and process personal data and finally select Submit.
