Purpose

This process ensures every Cleaning Technician has a professional, client-facing bio inside MaidCentral.

The bio appears after a cleaning visit, when the client views their service summary and has the option to leave a tip.

The goal of the bio is to:

  • Reinforce the value of the service just completed

  • Humanize the technician

  • Strengthen emotional connection

  • Support appreciation and tipping

  • Reflect the BAHC Way (WOW through detail, Care Focus, professionalism, respect)

When This Step Happens

  • After the technician completes their first week

  • Once they are independently cleaning homes

  • Assigned to Admin / Onboarding Lead in Gusto

Step 1: Collect Technician Answers

Send the Bio Questions message to the technician and collect their responses.

Questions include:

  • What are you most proud of when cleaning?

  • What energy do you bring into a home?

  • What might clients notice about your work?

  • Favorite area to clean?

  • What do you enjoy outside of work?

  • Fun fact?

  • Languages spoken?

  • What do you appreciate about working at BA House Cleaning?

Do not edit their responses yet.

Step 2: Generate the Bio in ChatGPT

Copy and paste the approved BAHC Bio Prompt below into ChatGPT.

Then paste the technician’s answers underneath where indicated.

You are writing a short client-facing bio for a Cleaning Technician at BA House Cleaning.

This bio appears AFTER the cleaning service when the client is viewing their visit summary and has the option to leave a tip.

Step 4: Add Bio to MaidCentral

  1. Open Technician Profile in MC

  2. Locate Bio / Description field

  3. Paste finalized English bio

  4. Save

  5. Confirm formatting appears clean

Important Guidelines

We DO NOT:

  • Mention how long the technician has been with the company

  • Include performance metrics

  • Overpromise results

  • Write overly long bios
