Send Reschedule Request New Date confirmation

Once the new date has been changed in the schedule, send the following to the client to confirm the date so they have it in writing and we have a record. There are 2 options below, using an email and using a text message.


  1. Get client’s email from BK and send email using the template “Reschedule New Date Confirmation”

2. Be sure to change the dates where it says [ORIGINAL DATE] and [NEW DATE]. Send the email


Hello, we have rescheduled your upcoming house cleaning from [ORIGINAL DATE] to [NEW DATE]. If the new date does not work for you, please let us know as soon as possible. All your other recurring appointments, remain unchanged at original recurring schedule.
We will send you a reminder the day before your new cleaning date.
