Reschedule confirmation template

Hello [NAME],

We have received your request to reschedule your cleaning originally booked for [ORIGINAL DATE] to
[NEW DATE]. Thank you for the advance notice.

Please contact us as soon as possible at 510-788-0048 if you are unable to commit to [NEW DATE].
All other future cleanings, remain on the same original schedule.

As a reminder, please review our Change of Service policy: Your current discounted pricing is based on regularly scheduled cleanings, which allow our technicians to keep your home maintained on a consistent basis. The longer we go in between cleanings, the more work will be needed to return your home to the appropriate level of cleanliness.

Accordingly, if you need to reschedule a cleaning, the new date must be within 7 days of the original date to maintain your discount. If a cleaning is rescheduled for more than 7 days from the original date, there will be a $65 fee to cover the cost of the additional work needed. If cleanings are more than 6 weeks apart, you will be charged full price for the catch-up cleaning. As always, any reschedule request made less than 48 hours before the originally scheduled cleaning will incur a $100 late change fee.
