Lead Follow up guidelines

  • Make it personalized
  • Used their name and good morning, afternoon etc..
  • Acknowledge what they are looking for
  • Acknowledge what type of cleaning and when
  • Ask when a good time to call them is to get them scheduled and apply specials for them
  • Use urgency and why they should call!!

    Example

Good Morning Susan, I can definitely help and get you scheduled for a cleaning service for one of the dates requested.  Is there a good time to call you so I can schedule you in? If you could send me your number,I would be happy to reach out to you with our specials for this month or feel free to call me at (510) 788-0048  Anita
