Customer setup (onboarding)

  • A customer schedules initial cleaning (takes the initial cleaning offer)
  1. Set up initial cleaning as usual, with recurring setup already but only initial should be confirmed, all others are pending, for scheduling to confirm ongoing days.
    -After the client has signed their guidelines, you had changed the signed guidelines to “YES”, it will automatically be moved to “Initial” stafus of Clients section in Clickup.
  2. Change status to “Onboarding” (this will initiate welcome email with the customer data sheet that customer is to fill out).
  3. Add Onboarding(client) checklist in the clickup task.

4. Complete the checklist
