Customer did not get a reminder notification

What to do if the customer says they did not receive a confirmation email or text

Check Booking Koala notifications log to ensure it was in fact not sent.

  • Double check that notifications are enabled in customer’s BK profile.

Check to make sure that the phone number and email address in customer’s profile is correct.

If all notifications are turned on and the customer in fact did not get a reminder email, contact BK support at for assistance. Find out if there was an outage on their end and if it was fixed.
