Onboarding New Customers

When a new client accepts our quote and we schedule their VERY first Initial Cleaning (usually Top To Bottom Deluxe Cleaning), In clickup that lead is changed to status “initial”.
If this client expressed interest in ONGOING service, we change the status from INITIAL to ONBOARDING (indicating they’re interested in ongoing cleaning service).

Adding a checklist

1. In click up ADD a Checklist from Template called Onboarding(Customer).
2. Follow the checklist to a T.
