
Problem: No suction at the end of hose
Probable causes:
-Full paper bag
-Hose
-Front cover not latched
Start by troubleshooting the vacuum by:
-Replace paper bag.
-Remove any clogs form house that restrict airflow, then try again. (carry a wire hanger in your car to help with this!)
-Push front cover until it latches firmly.
Problem: Motor won’t start
Probable causes:
-electric plug
-power switch not turned “ON”
Start by troubleshooting the vacuum by:
-Push plug securely into outlet.
-Try another outlet.
-Make sure power switch is “ON”
Problem: Reduced suction
Probable causes:
-Full paper bag
-Slip ring open
-Hose
-Cyclonic Bag Saver
Start by troubleshooting the vacuum by:
-Replace paper bag.
-Rotate slip ring on wang until hole is covered.
-Remove any clogs from hose that restrict airflow, then try again. (carry a wire hanger in your car to help with this!)
-Check upper housing for blockage.
Problem: Vacuum shuts off
Probable causes:
-Internal safety thermostat trips
-Cord connection at hose
Start by troubleshooting the vacuum by:
-Unplug cleaner and check for obstructions in hose, wands and attachments.
-Check for full paper bag.
-Clean/replace motor filter.
-Check powerhead and hose plugs for proper connection.
