Step 1
Use Clickup to send Guidelines.
Find a lead and change status to PENDING GUIDELINES.
The system will automatically send the guidelines.
Step 2
Login to Sign request to verify that the guidelines were sent successfully.
NOTE: If the guidelines were not sent, check email address and re-trigger send guidelines by updating the email address, changing status to new lead and back to Pending Guidelines.
If issue persists send guidelines manually via Sign Request.
