Log into your account
Using your WPEngine credentials
Go to Knowledgebase
Knowledgebase > Add new article
Add Title
Add the title you would like to show representing the content
Selecting article category (very important)
Click on the KB Article Tab in the top righthand corner and scroll down to categories
Saving Your Article
Click on the Document Tab in the top righthand corner
Special Note:
When saving a link instead of an article simply change the WordPress URL to Custom URL and it will link directly (under KB Article tab).
