Frequently Asked Questions
The free fridge or oven cleaning includes a thorough interior cleaning of either your refrigerator or oven. For the fridge, we’ll clean and sanitize the shelves, drawers, and compartments. For the oven, we’ll remove grease and buildup from the interior and racks. This cleaning must be scheduled as part of your first cleaning appointment.
Once you’ve signed up for weekly or biweekly service and completed your first cleaning, we will email you the $100 Bell’s Cookies gift card within 7 business days. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing BA House Cleaning!
Yes, you can switch from biweekly to weekly service (or vice versa) at any time during your 6-month commitment. Please note that your pricing will adjust accordingly to reflect the new frequency.
If you cancel your service before completing the 6-month commitment, the value of the $100 gift card and the free fridge or oven cleaning will be added to your final invoice, as these are offered exclusively to committed clients.
